Lamb Chop Marinade
4 lamb chops
¼ c canola oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 bay leaf
1 tsp chopped parsley
1 clove garlic
1 small onion sliced
1. Place chops flat in glass baking dish
2. Combine oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, bay leaf and parsley. Press garlic and add along with sliced onion.
3. Pour marinade over chops, chill at least three hours, turning once or twice.
4. Raise rack in oven so it's about 3 inches below element, turn on to broil.
5. Broil 12 minutes, turning once. Serves 4
